Itumeleng Khune now Official Bafana Captain

Bafana Bafana coach Gordon Igesund has officially made Itumeleng Khune the permanent Captain of the National Team. The Kaizer Chiefs goal-keeper was appointed temporarily back in March.

Khune has been outstanding for both his club and country, and he has just won the Footballer of the season Award.

This was confirmed by the Bafana Media officer, Matlhomola Morake on his Twitter Account this afternoon.

"Igesund just announced that Khune is the official and permanent captain of Bafana" Morake Tweeted.
