The Jamaican singer has sold over 41 million albums and 150 million digital tracks worldwide.
Diamonds is the fastest rising single of her career to date and the first to be released from Unapologetic which is her seventh studio album.
Tickets for the Diamond World Tour go on sale for the Joburg concert on Thursday April 11 at 9am priced from R330.
They go on sale for the Cape Town event on April 12 priced from R275. Tickets are available from www.bigconcerts.co.za.
In the next six weeks, Big Concerts are also bringing out Justin Bieber, Bon Jovi and Metallica.
